Cute place with efficient staff and free Wi-Fi. Excellent and absolutely perfect location to Club de Tir. - Just a 20-minute walk to the city center.

The Aparthotel was about five minutes walk from the rer, which in less than half an hour got us onto the Rue de Rivoli (right between Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower). Each day, therefore, was just a matter of getting up, hopping on the train and we were in the heart of Paris. Warning - the rer is busy all evening - but at 10.30am is quiet. The apartment was basically furnished, but with everything we needed - and some of the most comfortable beds we've slept on (even the pull out double in the sitting room). We parked our car under the building for 5 Euros a day, which was so easy, and safe. Clean, basic, affordable, and located well - all we wanted from a 3 day city break apartment with our children.
Very full and smelly outdoor bins (not necessarily their fault)

This apartment was ok. It is a bit run-down and the washer didn't work. In fact it had water still in it that smelled. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. The hotel staff were great. We arrived very late but they provided instructions that were easy to follow to get into our apartment. They are very security conscience. That was comforting. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable

The room and all the area of the hotel were dirty. The walls were full of killed mosquitos with signs of blood. The windows were very dirty and the balconies full with remainings from cigarettes. In our appartment the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

The hotel is very nice for the money. It includes a kitchenette and since the super market is just a block and half away, it help you save even more money. The metro station is only two blocks away, but does involve a 30 minute ride into the city. Which is no big deal, since I enjoyed coming home to a residential area which was less hectic than Paris itself. When you buy a metro ticket, I suggest buying a three day pass (more of less according to your stay) and then riding from one tourist attraction to another.
I wish I had a coffee maker in the room or at least had access to a good cup of coffee at the hotel.

I was very impressed by how comfortable the beds were.Although the apartment was clean it was basic and I did not expect much from the beds but we all slept really well.I recommend this accomodation for other families looking for somewhere clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced

During our stay at City Residence Marne-La-Vallee-Bry-Sur-Marne, we were impressed by the convenient location of the apartment. Being just a 3-4 minute walk from the RER A station in Bry-Sur-Marne, it was incredibly easy to access major transportation hubs like Les Halles in just 13 minutes. This allowed us to explore Paris with ease. The presence of a good supermarket and patisserie/boulangerie just a short walk away was also a major plus, as we could easily find everything we needed for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our luggage in the luggage room before and after our arrival. They were also responsive to all our requests and made communication in English a breeze. We felt safe in the area and considering the expensive nature of Paris, we found the price and location of the apartment to be a great deal for our family of five.

Everything!
Cleaning. it is more a flat rather than hotel. But we liked the format very much.
